Back again (again) with a request

Oh boy. I seem to have dreadfully neglected my journal... I guess Tumblr has something to do with that. This site is almost as bad as TV Tropes in terms of procrastination. You take one look at it, and when you look elsewhere you find out that an hour has passed :D

But enough of that. I'm writing very, very slowly these days (working on a 15-chapter story, and when I'm starting to see light at the end of the tunnel it generally turns out to be the train - I've barely reached the middle), so I'd like to ask something, if you're so inclined.

I'd like to experiment with prompts.

So, leave me a prompt and I'll try to write a snippet around it. Main fandom is Hogan's Heroes, but I might (if my writer's block forgets about me long enough) be able to do other fandoms, as long as it's something I've already written fic about.

I'm really curious :o]

I'm terrible at prompts, but here goes:

A character forgets his towel

:-D

I hope you're doing well?

(Turned out to be a bit of original fiction - hope you don't mind?)

"I had been on my own before. I had even felt alone, sometimes in a crowd of people. I thought I knew then what absolute loneliness was.

I was so, so wrong.

Standing there, gradually getting colder as the water dried and an icy draft blew around my ankles, I had never felt more alone. Two options, and only two, lay in front of me: wait for water to stop dripping from my body (I felt my toes curl up in anticipation of the cold) or walk out of the bathroom to get a towel, leaving a watery trail behind me and (more importantly) offering to all the passers-by behind my (open) windows a vision of my bedraggled, entirely naked self.

Neither option looked attractive. Oh, cruel dilemma.

What to do, what to do...

The cold draft around my feet ended up making up my mind for me, and I hugged the walls in my birthday suit, feeling so, so alone, and thinking no humiliation could possibly top that.

As it happened - as life demonstrated the next time I ran out of toilet paper - I was wrong again."

No, it's not based on experience :D I couldn't inflict that on a fictional character (and I couldn't think of a situation), so out of laziness (I suppose) I created this character and having fun with his/her sense of drama. You'll notice that I didn't specify the gender anywhere - so it could be anyone :P

I'm good, thanks for asking! Still writing (slowly), and not drawing as much as I should like, but good. How're you? :o]

BAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAH!!!!

(This is, in all seriousness, THE STORY OF MY LIFE!)
