belphegor1982I've been neglecting this blog in a way that borders on the criminal. I don't know if anyone outside of me is even still interested with the contents :( But I'd like to try an experiment - posting every day.
See, I'm going to do a "30 days of Hogan's Heroes" challenge - no daily prompts, just answers to one question a day.
Day 1 - Favourite male character?
Day 2 - Favourite female character?
Day 3 - Favourite supporting character, male?
Day 4 - Favourite supporting character, female?
Day 5 - Favourite villain/antagonist?
Day 6 - Character you think is misunderstood in fandom/misinterpreted?
Day 7 - Favourite quote (recurring or not)?
Day 8 - Favourite episode?
Day 9 - Favourite scene?
Day 10 - Favourite actor?
Day 11 - Favourite actress?
Day 12 - Least favourite casting/a casting you thought could have been improved with [insert name here]?
Day 13 - Favourite friendship?
Day 14 - Favourite canon romantic ship?
Day 15 - Favourite non canon romantic ship?
Day 16 - A scene that makes you cry?
Day 17 - A scene that makes you smile?
Day 18 - The scene, or episode, which made you learn something you didn’t know about WW2.
Day 19 - An important (or not, your call) event of WW2 you wished had been featured/mentioned on the show.
Day 20 - For a number of reasons, the writers never mentioned the Final Solution on the show. Should they have? If you think so, how do you believe they could have broached the subject?
Day 21 - Scariest scene/character/episode/bit?
Day 22 - Favourite fandom-related thing? Can be an author, a story, a piece of fanart … Something you really love.
Day 23 - Least favourite part of the show (a scene/line/character/something that made you cringe)?
Day 24 - How did you get into Hogan’s Heroes?
Day 25 - Movie speculation time. Is there a particular character you have an unimpeachable fancast for?
Day 26 - Favourite denouement/wrap-up scene/episode ending? (If not, favourite loose end. Or both.)
Day 27 - Favourite reference (to a real-life WW2 incident/fictional shout-out/anachronistic 1960s random nod)?
Day 28 - What do you think happened to the characters (Allied and German) after the war?
Day 29 - Just tell us anything. Pick a random thing you want to get off your chest about the show.

Some are easily answered with a couple of sentences; most are looking like mini-essays/analysis with a few lines from the show thrown in for good value. I thought about a few pictures, but I'm not so sure.
I'm almost finished, with 4 questions left to answered - that way I'll just have to post every day, or at least try. My October schedule is going to be a bit hectic, but I'm doing this. Yeah.
